  • A one-hour coaching conversation prior to you starting your new role; giving you space to reflect and set your intentions with clarity.

  • Six bespoke 60-minute coaching conversations over three months, which focus on what you want to make happen; for your school, your students, your teams, your community, and yourself.

  • Support to refine your 90-Day Plan, ensuring your first steps are purposeful, strategic, and sustainable.

    Added bonuses 

  • One additional ‘emergency’  60-minute coaching conversation to help you gain clarity around a challenge you are facing. After all, schools can be unpredictable places. This can be booked at any stage.

  • Support between sessions to maintain momentum - message me either via email or WhatsApp weekly, or fortnightly, and I will reply within 48 hours (during the working week).
