Four 60-minute 1:1 coaching conversations, online over four months, each session will focus on one element of the programme, starting with REFLECT.
At the end of the programme, you’ll receive a personalised summary document capturing your key insights, actions that you want to put in place and strategies you’ve identified that will help support and sustain your wellbeing and the changes you want to make.

Some schools may fund your place on the programme as part of their ongoing commitment to middle leadership professional development. There is a 10% discount for self-funded clients and the option to pay in monthly installments.
