Welcome, I’m Lynda Haynes McCartney, also known as The Quiet Coach.
Why do I do this work? Too often, senior and middle leaders lack the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. I know how rewarding yet relentless leadership can be and how much difference it makes when you have someone in your corner.
That’s why I created Making It Happen: to help leaders maximise their impact and lead authentically, without losing themselves along the way.
